“We purchased a new home recently and the upstairs was super creaky. Per the advice of Hardwood and Co Flooring (as well as several other companies), we decided to replace the 500 or so square feet of hardwood floors upstairs in order to eliminate the noise. We could not be happier. The work was done super fast and the creaks are gone. The stain on the new wood matches the stain on the stairs very well - you can't even tell we had the wood replaced. “Bart and the AMB team did a fantastic job on my new flooring. Bart was able to get what I wanted for a competitive price and the quality of work his team did exceeded my expectations. I had very specific hardwood flooring Bart was able to secure and he worked with me to get the exact carpet I was looking for. I had a complete removal of all flooring, quarter round and carpet and the AMB team was able to remove, prep and install within 2 weeks. Bart helped me pick out new up to date quarter round and even installed quarter round in the kitchen and island so the entire baseboards kept the same look. “I would 1000% recommend Vasi at ADR Flooring to anybody, I will be recommending him to everybody I know, and he will be my first call if I need any other floor work done in the future.From the moment I first messaged, he was extremely prompt in responding, provided all the necessary information, and scheduled the follow up. I don't know much about flooring and he very patiently explained the process. The quote was competitive and there was absolutely no nickel and diming or attempted upcharging after the fact.I needed the carpet in two bedrooms replaced with hardwood to match the rest of my home. Vasi kept me completely up to date on the work he did every day and the expected time remaining. He fixed areas of rotten subfloor, caulked and insulated edges, and made sure everything was dry before installing anything new - I wouldn't have even known anything was wrong if he hadn't sent pictures and told me about everything! I returned to my home as they finished installing felt pads under all my furniture legs and moved everything back to exactly where they were. I watched as they cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped to leave my area beautiful. He left me extra pads and recommended a cheap floor cleaner to use.I was quite literally dancing with joy when I saw my new floors, I could not believe my eyes. “My wife and I are both seniors and though we wanted new carpeting, we knew we weren’t able to move furniture by ourselves. So we went shopping for carpet with stipulation that installers would move and return everything to its place. Key carpet quoted us the best price, thousands less than other quotes. We were a little worried and skeptical of the lower quote but decided to go with it. We took samples of the carpet we bought to other vendors to compare and were assured that it was very good quality. That made us more confident of the decision. Installation day came and we just sat while installers did all the heavy moving and installing. It took them the whole day to complete the job and they worked their butts off. They disassembled beds and furniture and put everything back the way they found it. We were more than pleased with the whole project and the quality of the carpet and installation. We would definitely return to Key Flooring with any future needs and would recommend to family and friends.“

“They did an amazing job on our kitchen with fairly competitive pricing. Our project included cabinet refacing, new countertop, and backsplash. They also built us a brand new open shelf at the end of our stove to extend our counter to both sides of the appliance. Ivan was super responsive by text as I had questions or letting me know if they were running late from another job.We had some issues with getting the right hinges for this project but it wasn't their fault in the end. Just know if you have older hinges the need replacing it might take some time with a little trail and error to get the right solution.We ended up hiring them back out a few weeks later to install a range hood. So happy they could bring our 30yr old kitchen up to date.“

“ProOne Builders just completed the renovation of our two bathrooms. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. The bathrooms are more beautiful than we had expected. Much of this can be attributed to Bogdan's excellent staff. We had two Project Managers working on our project; and they complemented each other well and both filled a necessary role. Greg managed the business end of the project and oversaw some of the final work. Matthew, however was our everyday contact. He scheduled the work and the supplies needed. He kept us very well informed about the specific work to be done and the schedule of who would be showing up to complete it. He also worked around our time commitments and was always pleasant and accommodating. The various workers were all respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and the quality of their work was impeccable. Both Matthew and Greg were available and responsive to our questions and concerns. We are looking forward to our next home project with ProOne Builders. I would highly recommend them for home renovations.“

“Needing to move ASAP, I needed hardwood floors refinished. They were in an awful state: the worst being a 3 x2 ft spatter and stain of deep red dye. I got a recommendation from a friend and called Neal Sherman.I am so pleased with and thankful to this business for:1. Getting back to my call the same day.2. Scheduling a feee estimate inspection within 2 days. Going way beyond normal hours to do so.3. Being totally upfront about impossibilities of knowing if stain would come out completely with sanding.4. Giving me an excellent estimate on the spot and being willing to wait for me to call him back by next day to take the offer.5. Explaining the process and the need to leave floor untouched for between-coats hours and after final coat.6. Scheduling the work so quickly and doing the work so well.7. Communicating well throughout the 7 days from start to finish.8.
