Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the product. Was not pushy. The contractor respected my home by wearing shoe coverings. Most vendors do not carry them and I think that's awful. We will use Francis Heating and Cooling Service company again. Overall excellent!
We got numerous quotes and Francis Heating and Cooling Service came in much less than other similar companies. They did an excellent job from the sales presentation, measurement appointment, and installation of our new HVAC system. We also love our upgraded nest thermostat. We would use Francis Heating and Cooling Service again!
Francis Heating and Cooling Service is fantastic. No matter what technician comes out they are always friendly and professional. I have them do both of my tuneups every year. I would recommend them to everyone
