Got a new AC recently from them… Kevin is very helpful and Brian is knowledgeable about all things heating/Air. Always follow through in a timely manner and show up exactly when they say they will. Love supporting good local businesses and would not hesitate to use again in the future.
Had a broken A/C system that simply wouldn’t kick in and was expecting a big bill. Guys came out very quickly and figured out it was just a dirty intake for the AC combined with dirty filters leading to coil freeze up — lesson learned! Thawed it, cleaned it, we’re back up and running in no time — no funny business, no upselling nonsense that isn’t needed, just solid problem solving that ended up being inexpensive in the end. It’s our first time with Visser, so we are very impressed and happy to use them again!
