Scott came out within a few days to inspect the roof and quickly identified the source of the leak while also helping us figure out how a squirrel was accessing the crawl space below our roof. Only a few days later, Scott and his team came back to both fix the leak and remove the access point for the squirrel. Scott was professional, courteous, responsive, and took time to explain exactly what he and his crew would be fixing (including sharing pictures of the impacted areas).
