Last week a window fell out onto my 85-year-old father's foot while he tried to close it after it had been detached for cleaning. It didn't break fractured his toe, ripped the screen and blood everywhere. It was too heavy for my mom to put it back and she wasn't sure if it was damaged so she called Illinois Sash. From the estimates to the installation, everything was done in a professional manner. The installers were neat, clean, and highly skilled in what they do.
