If you want to get paid to be mean to the public work here. You walk in and wonder how the place is still running? Bad building and bad service. I was ignored when I came in after saying excuse me 4times at the front trying to figure out where do I go. I just asked a guy for help that didn't work there. I find dentist office where I watch the older women in front of me get yelled at for being late and they were so rude and disrespectful to her. then it was my turn no words just looked at me for a while and said are you gonna give me your information? I was there Today!!! And Omg let me tell U “Jessica Rabbit”… at the MLK location went above an beyond to make sure I RECEIVED THE PROPER CARE for my teeth today more than a cleaning WAS HANDLED… I truly appreciate the care an concern she showed for MY WELL BEING!!!…

I have been going there 2019 they are slow service and a nuisance in dental mlk since 2020 they been canceling my appointments and not notifying me rescheduling or not responding to the voicemail because they don’t answer the phone. today is my last day ever going back because they scheduled me for a appointment to exam and cleaning then canceled the cleaning during my exam and schedule me for a whole different location a week later , the location don’t even do dental for over 6 months I’ve wasted an hour of my time at the wrong location and they try to make it seem like it was my fault .
