“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. “Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. We adopted a dog on Christmas, and within a week, we had him enrolled in the one-on-one boot camp 4-week training program. It is difficult to say who enjoyed the experience more, myself or my dog. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and consistently demonstrated a positive demeanor, which is understandable given they are around adorable dogs all day. “I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

“It's always nerve wracking when you're traveling and have to leave your dog at a new kennel. My dog stayed for 3 nights at waggles for the 1st time this past weekend. I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. I took my schnauzer and maltipoo and was very happy with the results, it was a blessing dealing with real professionals and not mediocre , greedy , overpriced organizations like pet plus . The owner was very polite , professional , and did a great job grooming my pets as well as had them groomed and ready within 3 hours . My experience was great my dogs were well groomed , nails clipped , and no nicks or rash . That was constantly happening at pet supply plus not to mention that I also saved over 50 dollars .
