“My puppy and I love Pampered Pup’z!! The staff is kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and they truly love working with your furry friends!! They were incredibly helpful as my puppy was adjusting to doggy care, and gave him little breaks when he was too hyped up playing with friends! We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.

Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!

“My giant poodle puppy has always been well taken care of here. Most recently I brought him in and he was matted in several places and overdue for a cut. Lindsay listened to what I wanted and took amazing care of him. She gave him a fresh summer cut. Marissa is always kind and greets my dog by name at the door. They are accommodating and excellent communicators. I recommend this place whenever I get the chance.“

They did a great job cleaning him up and we can now see his cute little face! “I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

As he aged and became more fragile (yet still a happy pup), they took special care of him, extra gentle and Doodle always looked forward to his grooming. If you want that extra special care of your pup, groomers who treat your pup the way you would, Furology is the place. I could not say enough about what a special service they provide.“

“The most show worthy cut my pup has ever received. I took my English Cocker here while I was in town. It was his first cut with me so I had nothing to compare it with. I have since moved away from the area and have had nothing but sub-Shaggy-Dog-par cuts. I really didn't appreciate at the time the skill level this team has. The cuts are perfect. I dream of moving back just so I can get my dog cut here again. Seriously. Perfection. Price for quality is spot on. It is painful to me to have to go give money to other places which are so far below the mark. Only go here if you can keep going, otherwise you'll be in for a life of disappointment.“

I stumbled upon them when my dog tore both ACL's and they were affordable and fixed them right away ever since I did his rehab there and now 5 years later, I go there for all my checkups.
