We’ve been using Air Ace for several years and have always been very happy with their service. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them, and they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and responsive whenever we’ve needed them.
Our A/C decided to quit working during a pretty hot day. They came out promptly, spent several hours diagnosing the problem, running to get the part needed, replacing the bad part, and got us back up and running.
I highly recommend Air Ace to anyone looking for a dependable HVAC company. It’s nice to have a company you can trust to take care of your heating and cooling needs year after year.
Chucks and his team were great to work with, communication was great qnd effortless. Their price is fair, the installation was quick and painless. They took the time to show me what all they had done, and even let me level the pad my previous unit was on.
David and Caleb were considerate and professional. I appreciate David’s willingness to discuss the issue and share ideas and knowledge - as well as his work to address the issue. Well done! And much appreciated.
