“Was really happy with the work from US Exteriors. They installed new insulation and siding. Even installed some new spotlights for me! The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

When I broke one of three of my old garage windows, I immediately had visions of boucoup dollars flying out the broken window, not to mention a ton of aggravation to find a trusted and reputable place who could mimic the old design so it would match the other two, and then paying for a carpenter (also one i could trust) to remove the old and install the new one. I'm a 66 year old female and used google AI and luckily found Accurate Custom Sash which was a short 20 minute drive from my house. I talked to Mark and he taught me a lot - enough to remove my old window myself and replace it later with the new one. My window has muntins and I also needed them to be same size/width to match the other windows. Fast forward to now. I couldn't believe the perfection in the beautiful workmanship. And couldn't believe my luck finding someone with such high standards. I was nervous about putting it in, fearing I'd need carpenter skills to put it in. But Mark instructed me to put it in the opposite way I took it out and it slid in like butter with a perfect fit. No adjustment necessary! It truly blew me away. “I had an enjoyable experience using Horan's services. I had a larger vinyl hopper vent replaced in my bathroom/glass block window. Ken, the owner, responded to my emails promptly. On the day of service, I received a call from Matt saying that he was on his way and he arrived within the time he gave me. They got to work right away and were finished with the replacement and clean-up within an hour. I will say, it was a bit peculiar that I had to make a deposit on the work prior to being able to schedule. In my head, it makes more sense to pay a deposit once a service is set in stone rather than paying a deposit and then waiting to hear back for an appointment. Regardless, their service was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.“

“Very friendly and affordable service. Service dept was very helpful and helped me after normal business hours and weekends. They helped get me approval with my hard to deal with HOA and got me faster responses from them as well. We only wanted a screen door, but our installer was professional and took care in the project. And if you ever lived in a town home, you know things don’t always live up to standard measurements. Extra steps and mods needed to fit, but he worked out a good solution that made it work and fit just right.“
