Speaking from the residential side. Scott at Auburn is the most honest and transparent person I have ever dealt with in the home improvement industry. Finding a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction is much harder than figuring out the exact product that suits your needs. Calling Scott at Auburn will be more than half the battle. He assisted me in replacing my front door(proVia), rear sliding patio doors(Marvin), and my windows(Marvin Ultimate). I own K&S General Contracting, and have been using Auburn as my only window distributor for several years. Scott is the most knowledgeable and helpful distribution rep I know. His pricing is fair. His process is transparent. And whether they're Marvin or ProVia, the windows that he sells are only top quality. Meg at the front desk is always responsive and kind. This whole company is a pleasure to work along side.

Got our new door installed today. Very fast service and excellent team. From the sales call all the way to installation and follow up was great and very proffesional. They have done our windows, patio door and entry door now. I highly recommend this company. Scott and Frank are great to work with.
