Our salesman Tyler was absolutely incredible! He was so knowledgeable and took care of our claim from start to finish. After some major storms, he was able to get our entire roof replaced and even got us an upgrade to an awesome product that will last even longer. Tyler was also able to get our entire siding replaced and upgraded as well and we got to change colors which made our house look even more beautiful! The roof was replaced first and the team that came out to do the install were all so kind and respectful. Then we had our siding done and that team of installers was amazing too! They changed out my light fixtures to the new ones that I had purchased and even helped me with my new shutters! Tyler was in contact with me the entire time, keeping me up to date and doing everything he could to make sure my house was safe, repaired, and beautiful! The next time I need windows, siding, roofing, or solar- Excel will be my first phone call. Highly recommend!
The consultant Charlie and final measure by Dave, were a pleasure to work with. Regular guys, no sales pressure or gimmicks. And the install crew were fantastic, covered all furniture, left no mess at all, and even helped me get one of my cats who escaped his safe area. Very professional, 13 windows done in 1 day. There may be an issue with the window locks, waiting for a follow-up on that. When I simply slide open, then shut, the bottom half of the window, the lock mechanism does not quite re-align and am unable to secure them as before.
