They do so many fun additional activities for the puppies (like pool days and splash pads on the warm days) & post so many pictures and updates of your pup. “I brought my dog here after a really bad past grooming experience, so I was honestly very nervous. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, and understanding of everything I explained about her.

They reassured me they would take their time with her, give her breaks if needed, and even call me if she was too overwhelmed — which meant a lot to me. They also kept me updated and had me come right before she was done, which helped ease my anxiety.

My dog is high-energy and can be nervous, and they handled her with so much patience and care. She did get a little anxious at times (which I expected), but they worked with her instead of forcing anything.

When I picked her up, she looked amazing, and more importantly, she was happy to see me, wagging her tail and acting like herself. That told me everything I needed to know.

Yes, they are on the pricier side, but in my opinion it is 100% worth it for the level of care, patience, and respect they give the dogs. You can tell they truly care.

“I can't recommend this grooming spot enough! My friend's Pomeranian was in serious pain from matted fur, and it was late on a Friday when everything else was closed. I called after hours, and Elena answered. Even though she was closed, she told me to bring the dog in right away because she understood the urgency. As soon as we arrived, she got straight to work, carefully shaving the matted areas. It was clear from the start that Elena has a true passion for dogs and genuinely cares about their well-being.
