Working with Dana has been nothing short of amazing! I started seeing them two years after top surgery to work on my posture and on fully connecting my body with my gender identity (I am non-binary). I first connected with Dana two years ago, surprisingly through a suggestion from my therapist. Dana’s practice has become (and was from the very beginning) such a safe space for me to find rest and relief at a time in my life when those have been hard to come by. As a queer and neurodivergent individual, I often need different types of care than the norm, and Dana brings a unique approach to connecting with my body, experiencing my emotions more deeply, and even overcoming chronic pain and health issues. I have recommended Dana to several close friends and cannot give them a higher recommendation.
My shoulders and neck have been bothering me for years. I heard about wellspring through a trauma informed yoga workshop. Their treatment plan began to help my body heal itself. Throughout the sessions, They are kind, considerate, caring and intentional. The pain is gone now and I'm no longer debilitated by crippling headaches. Thank you! Highly recommended
