Tried this place because we live nearby. My jacket, which just needed to be dry cleaned, came back with new random stains all over the front of it. When I questioned the lady working, she said it came stained and it was my fault there were stains. Insanely poor customer service. I will never be going back here

Was recommended this spot- Woman working said she was unable to alter items I brought in unless I wanted to pay $200+ for alterations.Asked her to shorten a Nike jersey 5 inches and sew a ripped skirt back up. Prices were very high- paid in advance. Jersey is ruined. The stitching is awful and visible. The work was very poorly done. Do not recommend this business.Do NOT come here for alterations.

I got a lecture from the woman who works there how this is America and you only have to try your best and it’s ok if things don’t work out. This is after she gave me a shirt back with all the stains still there. I was able to get them out with Shout upon my return home without much effort. Their prices are very high anyway so it’s time to look for other cleaners.Service: Dry cleaning
