Johns Cleaners ruined 5 of the dress shirts we brought to them for dry cleaning. The last batch was 3 ruined dress shirts. Rude guy manages the store. We tried to talk to help them figure out what went wrong and why some of the dress shirts (all left arm side) was burned and ruined. Instead of talking to us nicely, he started shouting and saying it was not their fault and the dress shirts was all old. How come all the cuts was all on the left arm side? If it's just old shirt why the burn was similar to other newly bought shirts too? They also burned the lower front part of the shirts. We use dry cleaner service for our dress shirts to last longer.
