Upset with my experience here. Took an expensive jacket that I just got for Christmas that had a stain on it to be cleaned. Waited a week to get it back only for them to not have cleaned the stain at all. I had to wait another week to get it back and once I got it back there are pulls and scratches on the fabric where the stain was. Not going back as there are many other options that clean in house and do it faster.

I live in this area, and prefer this place to surrounding dry cleaners. I feel they are dependable, do a great job, do well with repairs and alterations, and do well with shoe repair and cleaning. Prices are solid and competitive, and you can request your turnaround time. Their computer systems are efficient, and they’ve never lost an item. I’ve never had to complain about a stain not being removed or starch being too little or too much. Dependable is just a really good description.

I have used their laundry/dry cleaning/alteration services for the past 4 years. It is such a friendly, reliable and good quality service that even after moving to another apartment a few miles away recently, I still come here for my laundry needs. Competitively priced as well. Certainly recommend to those in need of laundry service in this area.
