Paramount Cleaners offers very good customer service and quick turnaround. The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. Dry cleaning a suit costs $13.95, which is a great deal and very reasonable pricing. They are always on time and tailor numerous clothings perfectly, even difficult fabrics like sheer or satin. They are the best, most decent cleaner in town, able to withstand businesses slowing down. Pricing is so fair that the business deserves to charge more. Customers hope they stay open for years.
Hands down the best, most decent cleaner in town. Plus it’s the only one available in our area anyway. The one in Presidential Towers on Jefferson and Madison closed, which is a testament to how good Paramount Cleaners are—that they can withstand businesses slowing down.

And she does them perfectly. I’ve given her almost hundreds of garments, even difficult ones, and she’s done them exactly how I asked. No arguments, no complaints.

I was looking for a dry cleaner for some of my more formal items that I can't wash at home. The customer service is fantastic and my items are always ready on time. I also had some alternations done that were great. This place is high quality and affordable. The woman running the cleaners is very nice and warm and goes above and beyond to remove stains. It's also pet friendly! If you have a dog, there are treats available which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a dry cleaner in the neighborhood and want to support a small local business.
The women working there was extremely helpful, very understanding and did amazing work while cleaning some blankets and able to remove a terrible stain from a dress. Highly recommend!
