Have been going for some time. Owner is very nice and they do a good job. Despite posted hours, they don’t seem to be open on time a lot of days lately. Have gone a few times on my way to work recently and they weren’t open even by 10-20 minutes after their posted opening hours. They also have a phone number that doesn’t work. On these days I’ve had to go to alternative options. Hope they return to a level of consistency.
Best place to go in the West Loop. I go to Kinzie Cleaners to have my pants hemmed often. They do great work and are quick.
I recently got married and went to Alice to alter my wedding dress. She hemmed the skirt and brought the bodice in to fit me perfectly and it stayed in place the whole night! Forever grateful for her beautiful work!
I’ve had many things cleaned here since moving to the area. They offer same day service and I’ve had a few thing a tailored here as well. Dresses, skirts, jeans, ect. They also did a zipper repair for me.
