The overall experience here was 10/10! I had three pairs of pants tailored by Emma and each one fits me like a glove. She is careful, considerate, and a kind communicator. She got my pants back to me in less than a week and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I couldn’t have loved an alterations experience more! Emma was like a grandma to my family- we all showed up needing alterations for my son’s bar mitzvah, and of course needed everything rushed. She fixed things I didn’t know needed fixing, did it so quickly, charged us way below what would be reasonable, and got everything pressed for no charge. Just lovely and wonderful all around!!!

I’ve gone here a few times for alterations and every single item came out perfect. They did a great job with altering waistbands on at least 3 pairs of pants I brought (including leather) as well as hems. Price can be a little high but I know I can always expect great result.
