Company no longer exists, merged with 'Perfect Home Services'.Company website contains no information related to this merger.I tried to setup appointment with Reeder, but Perfect Home Services setup appointment. Felt very duplicitous.
Awful since the acquisition by Perfect Home Services (based in Aurora, IL; must have been within the last year or so.) Will string you along, schedule you multiple times and then not show up. Don't even bother calling them for a quote or even an estimate. Just save yourself some time and find another provider.
Reeder recently replaced a 23 yr old HVAC unit in our row home. All I have to say is - top notch. We did our homework and had 2 other private company quotes as well as Home Depot (for comparison); Reeder was right in line with all of them on price (if not a bit less) with unmatched customer service from Gene, the owner. Professional, honest, picks up your calls, follows-up, you name it. We had to special order our AC unit to go in a unique space and Gene was attentive, clearly offering out options -- when the other companies were much less detailed about it. Our HVAC is installed now after a days worth of service (with 3 guys here, and on top). Don't bother with others...read full review
