I have been using them for years. It started when I went to The Faucet Shop and they recommended them for an older home. The young man came out yesterday for a stopped up sink. He was super friendly and made me feel at ease. He was kind to my cats and dog who were very interested in learning plumbing. He chatted away as he worked and got it done fast.
