I’ve been going to the Bucktown Laser Away for a few years now & have always had a great experience with the staff especially Natalie. She has always taken the time to listen, recommend & educate me along the way without making me feel rushed. The front office staff is also amazing. Always friendly, never pushy, but do make it a point to remind me when specific services I’m interested in our part of any current/upcoming promotions. This speaks a lot integrity and professionalism because they never try to upsell anything.
Nurse Natalie was amazing. When she first came in the door she had a smile on her face. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is knowledgeable about the whole process and cautioning me about certain aspects to get the best results. It felt at ease because she knew what she was doing and could explain herself! I am definitely going to get more services done in the future :)
Had a touch up appointment with Natasia and she was extremely informative and attentive even though my original appointment wasn’t with her. She fixed some asymmetry that developed and everything is perfect! Thank you 🫶
