Fantastic experience at this salon! As a walk-in, I was impressed by the immediate service and reasonable pricing. The staff, especially Thomas the owner, were knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Loved the stunning river view and natural light in the salon. Highly recommend for a top-notch, personable hair care experience. A well-earned five stars!

Thomas West is an absolute luxury. Has my full commitment and loyalty. Long appointments can be grueling but spending them here is a delight. High ceilings, full of natural light with a stunning view of the river downtown. They carry what seems like every product you could ever want. Everyone is kind and professional. It seems like a healthy, friendly work culture which is very comfortable and welcoming.Noemi is hands down the best colorist and stylist I have ever had. The final product consistently exceeds my expectations. I have so much gratitude and respect for her on a personal level. Mia is a blonde specialist! She’s so talented. My hair is like so healthy after my appointments and grows out beautifully. Really lucky to have come across her salon is delightful too, beautiful atmosphere
