Kenrik did such an amazing balayage on my hair, he is such a talented and knowledgeable stylist. He really worked with me to understand what my vision actually was and executed perfectly. Could not recommend him more for balayages, he is such a gem in the Chicago downtown area :)

Anthony did my first ever keratin treatment and I could not be happier with my results! I did thorough research on salons in Chicago and I’m so glad I chose Thomas West Salon. The space is beautiful, the service was very pleasant and most importantly, I love the way my hair looks and feels! From check in to check out it was a lovely experience.

Amazing customer and hair service, they were able to fit me in a last minute appointment for an all over color and Anthony absolutely nailed the color I wanted. It came out to this beautiful mix of mahogany and violet and I really couldn’t be more obsessed. they also use amazing products on your hair so I feel like my hair was taken care of very well. Receptionist was also super kind and they offer tea and coffee during the service. Will definitely be coming back!
