The salon is gorgeous and everyone is so warm and friendly! It was my first time here and the owner spent time showing me around before my appointment to make sure I felt welcome. Alex gave me an incredible haircut and went above and beyond in making sure it was exactly what I wanted, highly recommend!

Allen was phenomenal! He asked for my input at each step, and was able to give great recommendations when I was unsure. I've had my hair colored professionally before, but Allen was the first to really involve me in the process and even explain the science behind each color.

Visiting Thomas West is always a treat, and this time was no exception. I was paired with Jess, and she was absolutely incredible. I came in feeling nervous, my hair was in rough shape, and I’ve had past experiences where stylists cut off more than I wanted. But Jess immediately put me at ease. She listened, comforted me, and delivered exactly what I had envisioned, perfectly matching my inspiration photos.

As we chatted, I found out she’s worked with actors and it shows. Her skill, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set her apart. Jess is a hidden gem in Chicago, and I feel so lucky to have found her.
