My IT supporter Daniel resolved my issues for 3 separate events. He was calm, optimistic and determined to stay the course until my computer was up and running. The BWT tech who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and quick. QUICK. I had three issues for him and he was done with them in about 10 minutes. Problem solved. It's not the end of the world. Birds are chirping. The sun is shining. All is good again. Thank you BWT!
