Unable to gain traditional access to my computer via on-line connection, two Geek Squad members directed me to some system directories and then type in instructions to me using one on their on-line dialog boxes. The computer technicians provided very clear instructions. Instructions were very simple and language or communicaitons were concise and to the point. Within 3 minutes, the slow speed issue was eliminated. I encourage anyone who has not tried The Geek Squad do so with their next computer issue. These guys and gals are "Top Gun" quality.
