I walked into the shop just hoping to buy a quick charger to get enough battery to navigate back to my car. “I highly recommend Mark Lebowitz for computer needs. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that he could help me resolve my laptop's problem. Microsoft had completed an overnight update which changed my login screen. Without knowledge of required pin and password I was stuck and ended in a BitLocker nightmare. After several attempts, I was not able to log into Microsoft even with their recovery method. Mark suggested that we reload Windows 11 and I decided that was the best thing to do. Mark worked quickly and set up my laptop so this should not happen again.
