There was some confusion about a late night appointment on a Friday to euthanize, Lucky our dear cat. The office was officially closed when we got there and the staff was punched out for the day. Knowing that this was a very difficult time, the doctor and two staff members stayed and assisted us. They all show great care and compassion above and beyond considering the situation, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital. Thank you Gold Coast Animal Hospital.

Having a sick pet is no picnic, but having a team of experienced and compassionate individuals that can help you in the most troubled times is a must. Time and time again, Dr. Fox and Rose have both come through for me and my dogs. The whole team at this location could not have been nicer to me when I needed them most. From countless phone calls, check up visits to simple medicine pick up.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service at this Banfield location, compared to the soulless conveyor belts at some other locations. The receptionist was so friendly and chatted about my cat while she did the paperwork. It was clear everyone there, including Dr. Fox, cared about the animals deeply. It was easy enough to get an appointment by phone but not on the website. I'm somewhat dubious about my pet's diagnosis, so stay tuned for an update!
