City & Suburban Heating & Cooling is a class act with quick response times and transparent/reasonable pricing. Background: Contacted them for an AC issue during a heatwave and their/Robert's response time was fast. He was able to fit me into the schedule the same day and showed up on time which is rare from my experience. He diagnosed the AC issue and offered a very reasonable price solution and got the system running very quickly. He explained what he was doing at each step and testing. He is very personable and professional. Highly recommend using Robert/City & Suburban Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.

I can't speak more highly about Rob from City & Suburban Heating and Cooling. This is the second time we've used him and on both occasions, he's been professional, timely, and efficient. Our first encounter was just a general check of our HVAC system soon after we moved in to confirm that everything was working properly. He told me about the unit, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations about how often things should be serviced and filters need to be changed. This second occasion was a little bit more dire. I'm 8 month pregnant, it's very hot out in June, and I realized that our air conditioning wasn't working on a Saturday morning.
