Rory was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and was super friendly. When the issue with my furnace ended up being easily resolved, he was very gracious and conscious of my budget. Although this issue was quickly fixed, he’ll definitely be my go-to when more serious issues arise in the future. Can’t recommend him strongly enough!
I had a very positive experience with Northwind. Rory and 2nd technician came out very quickly and serviced my Bosch Heat Pump system. I thought I was having issues with the mother board. He spent time listening to me but then performed his own assessment. The mother board ended up being fine but there were a few other issues he corrected and got up and running. Thanks Rory!
