They really take care of their customers. We were in their store this week and the gentleman who was taking care of another customer over heard us explaining and showing the part to the other brother and he interrupted and took out his ipad and looked for the part that we needed. he knows a lot about furnaces. DON NOT GO TO MENARDS/HOME DEPOT. they will take care of you and not gouge you with high prices like the big box stores do i need another part for my furnace and i am heading back to their store. GREAT JOB and HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS and A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!

Great customer service. Marvin is very knowledgeable when it comes to heating, cooling and plumbing. The installers are efficient and they cleaned up where they were working. When they were done, you couldn't tell that they'd been there at all.
