One customer, who is hyper sensitive to dust and allergens, reported that clothes are CLEAN with zero issues. After over 15 years of testing cleaners, they completely trust Fame with their wardrobe, including professional suits and silks. The staff are sincerely wonderful people who really deliver exceptional service. The absolute best at getting tough stains out and working hard on short notice. A wedding dress with coffee and red wine stains and a black lace bottom came back SPOTLESS. The staff were also very friendly. For a same day alteration on New Year’s Eve, they could not have been more accommodating and kind.
I had a custom outfit for prom made by Fame Cleaners with a short turnaround for my son. It was not standard and I only supplied reference images and a concept board. I also did not have proper fabric to provide, I was only able to get a matching set of pants that Fame Cleaners was able to cut apart and assemble into the final outfit. The outfit came out amazingly and my son was extremely happy with the final product! I would most certainly get service from Fame Cleaners in the future.
Fame cleaners is top notch. And I have a high bar.
I am hyper sensitive to dust and allergens. I didn’t believe it when I was diagnosed in my 20s but it got really bad since I moved to chicago. I can wash things and hot and cold with a concoction of detergents and is not always fool proof. Whenever I get my clothes back from them, they are CLEAN and I have zero issues.
Even prior to this development I had a high bar. Over 15 years when looking for a dry cleaner, I’d send an item or two to a cleaner to test it out before trusting them with all my clothes—my professional suits which I viewed as an investment, silks, etc. I completely trust them with...read full review
I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned. It was VERY dirty - coffee + red wine stains down the back, and the bottom (which is lace) as black from dirt. They did an incredible job and the dress is SPOTLESS!! I couldn't be happier. The staff were also very friendly.
