The owners are very kind and have great attention to detail. For challenging alterations (ie bridesmaid dresses) you need to make an appointment but they are very accommodating.

Over the past three years, my wife and I have gotten pants altered, shirts altered, dresses altered, stains removed, shirts pressed, clothes patched up, etc. Basically, we’ve gotten almost every single service offered here. Wicker Park Cleaners have provided excellent craftsmanship, honest feedback, and timely services every single time. I can guarantee that you will have a satisfactory experience if you have reasonable and realistic expectations (and are not a Karen). They will tell you it like it is from the beginning, and if you feel that they didn’t, then you probably weren’t listening.

I’ve brought my delicate garments to wicker park cleaners for about a year now. My garments always come back looking neat and clean. Prices are decent. Owners are very kind as well.
