I called City Wide Plumbing because my kids flushed a toy down the toilet. I paid $99 up
front for a service call and was given a window of 10a - 1p. At 2p, when the plumber had not arrived, I called the “office” and was informed that the tech was just running late but would be there soon. A man rang my doorbell at 7p!! This man, though very nice, did not speak English and I almost did not let him in my house, a little skeptical of a plumber showing up 6-hours after the appointment window. Jack knew a lot. He made sure to explain things to me while he was performing them and was kind. I valued his diligence, and he went above and beyond to identify the source of our issue! He performed a fantastic job, and I heartily endorse City Wide.

ended up costing $475 to unclog my bathtub ($100 fee upon scheduling, then was told $375 for the service while plumber was at my house). then received 4-5 calls throughout the next day saying that i hadn’t paid my invoice and i had to send screenshots of proof that i had already paid it. it should not cost $475 to unclog a bathtub.
