Steve and Sharon presented at the Illinois Society of Healthcare Risk Management Annual Conference on May 20, 2022. Steve introduced us to several yoga stretches we could all do from our chairs. Sharon helped us relax with a focused meditation. What a great pair these two are! If you have a team or group that needs to learn how to relax and improve their wellbeing these two are who you need to get!!!
I don’t live in town, but when I visit I love coming here. Safe, friendly, wonderful instructors and caring owners. Their website is easy to navigate and find classes that are a good fit. Looking forward to a return visit!
I am so grateful that I found this place. All the teachers are wonderful and communicate the love and joy of yoga. Champaign-Urbana would not be the same without the Living Yoga Center. If your new or old to yoga go here and enjoy all LYC has to offer.
