I went to Verve for a Reiki workshop, and I was very impressed with the workshop, and how nice the location is! Mary (the owner) has been in the yoga world longer than I have (well over 20 years), and her depth of knowledge and her welcoming environment are amazing.
The new location on Clark Street is absolutely beautiful and their rooms are absolutely great for for yoga and bodywork. I really like their instructions, Mary & Māra, and they do an amazing job listening to everyone's needs and making yoga and fitness approachable, accessible and inclusive. What an absolute gem for our community! And their prices are also very reasonable.
I have suffered from severe migraine attacks that would last for weeks. My latest episode lasted 6 weeks and after several hospitalizations and treatments, I left the hospital with “hemiplegic migraine diagnosis” which rendered me paralyzed on the left side of my body, severe and debilitating muscle spasms.
