The young adult beginner class with Lois Steinberg is one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken. I thought the asana instruction was incredible and I’ve never been more engaged, nor have I ever enjoyed myself as much as I did in that class. Lois is undoubtedly a true master and learning from her was one of the most memorable experiences of my yoga journey so far. I was absolutely enthralled and captivated by her stories of Guruji as well as her magnificent cueing and anatomical insights. The Yoga Institite of Urbana Champaign offers classes for all levels both in presence and online, live and on demand. Lois & all the teachers at the studio are fabulous. People that live nearby Urbana Champain cannot be more fortunate to have some of the best Iyengar teachers in the country. I cannot recommend Urbana Yoga Champain enough for everyone who wants to experience authentic Iyengar yoga teachings and its tremendous therapeutic effects.??

Lois is the very best at sharing the vast knowledge she has accumulated throughout her years of participating in Iyengar Yoga. I just completed the second online adaptations course, and highly recommend it! Thank you Lois!
