“I went to Verve for a Reiki workshop, and I was very impressed with the workshop, and how nice the location is! Mary (the owner) has been in the yoga world longer than I have (well over 20 years), and her depth of knowledge and her welcoming environment are amazing.”
“Steve and Sharon presented at the Illinois Society of Healthcare Risk Management Annual Conference on May 20, 2022. Steve introduced us to several yoga stretches we could all do from our chairs. Sharon helped us relax with a focused meditation. What a great pair these two are! If you have a team or group that needs to learn how to relax and improve their wellbeing these two are who you need to get!!!”
“Lois is an inspirational teacher. She challenges students to get to new heights in yoga. She is also an exceptional educator. She helps each student to work with their issues and teaches the student to unleash their potential. The last six years studying with her have given me numerous firsts and have inspired my own practice and teaching tremendously!”
