“I went for my CDL physical today at Dr. Tammy’s office located at 160 North Western Avenue, Carpentersville, IL 60110, and I had a wonderful experience.
Dr. Tammy was an absolute angel from start to finish. She was very engaged in conversation, open-minded, and genuinely willing to listen to all of my concerns. She made the entire process comfortable and professional.
The front desk staff were beyond words in their professionalism. They were friendly, supportive, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
This is the first medical office in years that provided me with a wallet-sized version of my medical certificate, which makes it much easier to carry with me at all times.
I highly recommend Dr. Tammy and her team to anyone needing a CDL physical or other medical services. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set them apart.”
