I recently joined Midtown and was paired with Jack as my personal trainer. He has been absolutely great and I would recommend him to anyone!! It had been awhile since I had been working out in a gym so I was a bit nervous, but he was extremely understanding, listened to my goals, and gave great advice and support to help in achieving them. He is also always willing to work with you regarding questions and scheduling. He has been absolutely wonderful! Jack is the best!

Ive been going to midtown for years now and it’s definitely the best gym I’ve been to. The facility and amenities are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The trainers are super personable and knowledgeable about fitness. Recently I have been training with Tim A. who is an excellent trainer. Tim has helped me to build a more challenging workout routine to reach my fitness goals. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good personal trainer!

Midtown has been a lifesaver for me. The club is very clean with modern equipment & recent renovation. The classes and instructors are the best! I just show up to a class when it's convenient for me & get an excellent workout. The instructors all know me by name.My personal trainer, Nicole Freeman, checks in with me almost daily to make sure I'm making strides towards my goals. And it's working ? I got 2nd place in the Midtown Challenge last week (for my division). Thanks Nicole! In the last year, I lost 40 Lbs of fat, quit smoking, and reshaped my body completely. Now I actually like looking in the mirror.I take nearly 80 classes a month, all included free with membership....read full review
