- Equipment is next level especially if you’re on the serious side of training. All type of machines for legs and back which is always a big plus and tons of attachments for cable work.
- The staff/ Trainers welcomed me there as if I have been training there for years. A couple of them came up to introduce themselves, super helpful and willing to answer any questions.
- Day pass System was easy, a barcode that allows you to pay online and sign the wavier.
- vending machine with all types of pre-workout, protein shakes, protein related snacks and bars, and hydration supplements.

“This is a great place to take a once a week self defense class. Being almost a senior citizen, I was wary of what would happen. I've learned a lot of good basic moves in just two months. Mike the head instructor and others are great trainers and very patient with new people.“
