The class progresses as you do while introducing new concepts slowly, almost unknowingly. Sifu does a great job of continuously preparing you to learn the next concept and showing how each is always connected. Wing Tsun is a great martial arts style for women especially, since it focuses on placing your weight in your feet which gives us a natural advantage.
