My son has been taking classes for about 2 months now. So far good. The Sensei gives my son advice on how to handle certain situations. This means a lot to me. I dont know about Martial Arts but the advise is sound. It's something I remain my son of before class. I like the way the Senseis' pay attention to the class and help the little ones out to gather more strength. As a mom it's hard to sit for a class and watch. I trust my baby in capable hands. My friends and I randomly came here for a double date and to my surprise this was extremely fun. The young lady who trained us on rock climbing was so patient, thorough, knowledgeable and polite. She trained us on boule, climbing and rope techniques. We had a BLAST!! This is a great way to exercise trusting someone with your life as well.

I called and spoke with the owner and he was really helpful and nice my first free class is Monday I'm looking forward to it for my eleven-year-old to help build confidence stamina and self endurance.
