“I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair. I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake. “I will say this outright: I did not use Good Will Plumbing but I still think this is an excellent company I will be more than happy to use in the future. Why?I had a clogged toilet in my dental office. I called Good Will Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Dan. I told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He told me that all of the plumbers were booked for today and tomorrow due to the heavy rains we were getting. He sincerely apologized but he gave me honest advice on buying an auger from Home Depot and also sent me a YouTube video on how to use it. He said that this should take care of the problem and it did.I can tell you that this is an honest company that actually cares about their customers from this one interaction I had alone.
