Curtis, who handled the estimate, was professional and knowledgeable—he even diagnosed an issue with the original furnace installation (done by another company) that was corrected during this project. Scheduling was flexible and easy.

The installation crew arrived on time, prepared, and worked efficiently. They protected floors with pads and mats, kept the work area spotless throughout, and did a thorough cleanup at the end. Though they were installing AC, they tested the entire system and corrected a problem with the heating system settings (set when furnace was installed by a different company) that will improve performance and efficiency.

The new compressor and coil installation is neat and well-finished, with all wiring and piping properly routed. I would highly recommend Herchenbach Mechanical for any heating or cooling needs.

I needed my yearly furnace tune up & I refused to deal with a company that I'd used for many years as the employees became intolerable & the management didn't care. I decided to give Dana Heating a chance & I'm so happy I did! The previous company was charging monies & as I found out through using Dana that company didn't do what they were suppose to do & that's maintain the furnace.
