“This is my second time calling Home Heating and Cooling. I did not write a review the first time but now I'm going to make up for that now. I had to call them this summer for my AC. They did an excellent job. They explained to me the the exact issue. They also gave me advice to prevent my issue from coming back. They fixed what was broken and did not try to upsell me. I really appreciate the honesty.This weekend my heat went out. I called and Again I was provided with excellent customer service. I was able to call on a weekend and setup an appointment Monday. They were right on time and very professional. I highly recommend them and always call them first.Thank you“

“My AC went out and I contacted a couple companies for a quote. HVAC responded right away and was able to come that same day to take a look at our unit. They ordered the parts immediately and fixed our AC unit the next day. I really appreciated how they took their time to explain to us how to keep up with our AC unit in order to avoid future issues with it. “Very, very impressed. I called first thing in the morning and they said a tech would be out between noon-4. I received a call before noon and was told he was on his way. He arrived, figured out the problem in about 2 minutes, made a quick repair, did a check of the system, explained how the system works and was on his way within half an hour or so. The total bill was ridiculously cheap, at least considering what I was expecting. I've found my furnace guys. I don't mind paying for a service, and hate being ripped off, but thankfully this company is fair and honest. They are my go to HVAC company as of today. Thank you Wisconsin Fuel for being honest and dependable.“
