O'brien heating and cooling is a family owned business. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Fast service, quality work. They installed my new furnace and air conditioning in one day. They took all the old furnace and air conditioning away. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

No one from O'Brien came out to my home but this service was from a simple phone call. I apologize I didn't get the name of the gentleman who answered but his help was invaluable. I explained what was going on and it turned out to be a simple fix, change the type of filter I'm using. This could have easily been an expensive in-person diagnostic visit but instead it was a 5 minute call. For that level of service vs. a money grab visit, I will be using O'Brien without hesitation going forward and will recommend to anyone that asks for a company to use. Gary is a great guy! Very professional, honest, and explains everything in detail. I've used his company a couple of times, and I've never been disappointed with his work.
