Gustavo was very friendly, prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly, picked up the part needed from the dealer and had heat back on within 45 mins. This is why I’ve been a Kern customer for 38 years.

I’m very pleased with the HV check up performed by the tech. He was very efficient and took time to explain the problem and the correct needed. I know now that a high efficiency furnaces may not be the choice I would make if I was planning on a replacement. Too many problems, especially during extreme cold weather.Have had Kern for my HV/AC for over 15 years and am very pleased with their service.Service: Heating system maintenance

Austin had to come out on Sunday,one of the coldest days, a part had to be ordered on Monday, soon as it was delivered to them Austin was here , only took a few minutes & we now have HEAT .Did a great job !!!
