I called on a day when the temperature was above 90%. I was told that Manny a technician would be out the same day between 6 pm and 8 pm. He was actually at my home (with notification) at 5 pm (5 hours after my call). Manny quickly assessed the situation and after 45 minutes my AC unit was up and running. I understand it’s a busy time for them, yet Manny didn’t rush, explained things thoroughly as I watched, and was very polite and professional. My family and I are truly grateful. Thank you!
Called Kern late at night after realizing my AC condenser fan was not working causing the system to overheat. They came out first thing in the morning to address the issue. Unfortunately they did not have the part needed to fix it due to the size and model. They ordered the part and were able to come out and fix it the very next day. I had Gustavo Valdivia as my technician, he came out for the initial diagnosis and also the repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Having that continuity of care was also nice. Thank you!
