“Dr. Ed is a pro! I'm an adult patient who suffered from sleep disordered breathing since childhood, and I am amazed at what my treatment has been able to accomplish: expansion of maxilla and mandible, forward growth, improved symmetry, better bite, and a much larger airway. Moreover, scans and x-rays show excellent bone integrity! This was of course my biggest fear going into treatment.

The process took longer than expected at nearly 4 years, and it was definitely a journey. But I am so grateful for Dr. Ed & team for what they do because it truly is remarkable, and I will live with the health benefits for the rest of my life. Thank you!“

“I was very happy with my 1st appointment. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The doctor was thorough with my physical and explaining my medical plan. I also appreciate that the office is for Medicare patients only. I was also impressed with the fact they have a driving service that will pick you up and take you home. I'm losing my vision and I'm not able to drive anymore I'm not blind yet but my vision is declining and I really appreciate that service. I was also helped with picking my Medicare plan that was best for me. I also want to point out that I had to do lab work and they have a laboratory on site that's Sweet!!!! I really am happy with Oak Street health and that I tried it. I had mixed feelings about it I was hearing negative things about it but I'm very impressed and happy I tried it out!!!!!“

Nick makes sure that everyone in class feels included and adapts skills and exercises to meet individual needs. Nick goes above and beyond each and every day. All of the service providers encourage clients in a positive and nurturing way, while working to achieve their goals. When I was suffering with severe pain, his staff worked to quickly get me an appointment (basically unheard of for a neurologist). He was extremely thorough in taking my medical history and completing an exam. Furthermore he understood how much I was in pain and distress, he made actionable recommendations to help and was very kind and compassionate. Each step of the way, handling prescriptions and follow up appointments with his practice was a breeze. You can really tell Dr. Durrant cares for his patients and strives for positive health outcomes for them. Furthermore, Christine who handles all patient inquiries as well as billing, is great. Billing was very transparent and easy to handle - which can’t be said for all doctors offices! Across the board I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
