Dr Prather seems honestly concerned with providing the best solution for my hearing needs at very reasonable prices. About 2 years ago, she performed a comprehensive hearing exam and reprogrammed my existing aids to greatly improve my hearing. She explained the advantages of upgrading to newer aids without being pushy. When I recently had a problem with one of these very old hearing aids, she was able to quickly see me and bring the hearing aid back to life.
