rgz replaced our roof and the whole thing went smooth. the estimate spelled things out and the guy broke down it without any pressure. we had gotten a couple quotes from other roofers around Barrington and rgz was fair. crew showed up on time and worked fast. they kept the yard clean and ran a magnet over the grass at the end. roof turned out great and the attic has been dry through the storms since. easy folks to work with
We discovered a few loose shingles after strong winds and wanted the issue handled before it worsened. The technician arrived promptly, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair the same day. It was refreshing to work with someone who focused on solving the issue rather than pushing additional services.
the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. got a quote pretty quick after reaching out and the price was fair. my neighbor over in Deer Park had used them last year and had good things to say so that pushed me to go with RGZ. scheduling was flexible, they worked around when id be home. crew showed up on time and was organized the entire day. they tore off the old roof and had the new one down before the end of the day. everything looks good and the yard was clean when they left
